Terms & Conditions

Opening Provisions:

1. These Business Terms and Conditions define the relationship between / 7 INTERNATIONAL 1 LTD /, the seller and operator of the e-shop at / sharecloth.com /, and you, our customer, who enters into a purchase agreement with us.

2. We provide the same benefits to all our customers and apply a uniform approach to them. Therefore, the rules in these Business Terms and Conditions are applicable to all our customers, regardless of whether they are consumers or not.

3. These Terms and Conditions primarily cover the purchase of goods on our e-shop, and they apply to the purchase of goods through our customer line or at our brick-and-mortar stores.

Conclusion of the Purchase Agreement:

1. You can enter into a purchase agreement with us remotely via our e-shop, our customer line, or personally at one of our stores.

2. If you place an order on our website or through the customer line, it constitutes a draft purchase agreement. The order is valid for 21 days, and we will confirm its receipt by email. The purchase agreement is concluded when we accept the draft by shipping the ordered goods. We will inform you of the shipment by email.

Withdrawal for No Reason:

1. According to the law, you can withdraw from an agreement made on the Internet or over the phone without giving any reason within 14 days of delivery of the goods.

2. To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement within the aforesaid time limit. You can do this by emailing us.

3. In case you withdraw from the agreement, we will refund you the purchase price of the goods. If you withdraw within 14 days of the delivery of the goods, you shall also be entitled to reimbursement of the costs of delivery in an amount corresponding to the least expensive offered method of delivery. If you withdraw later, we will only refund the purchase price of the goods. The funds shall be refunded without delay, no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal. However, as per the law, we may delay payment until the goods are returned. We will refund using the same payment method used by you to pay the purchase price, unless we mutually agree otherwise.

4. You will bear the costs associated with the return of the goods.

5. As per the law, you will be liable for any reduction in the value of the goods as a consequence of handling the goods in a manner other than is necessary to familiarize yourself with the nature, properties, and functionality of the goods (for example, if you use a perfume even after you have already tried it). Please note that you cannot withdraw from the agreement in the case of goods manufactured according to your requirements or customized goods (e.g. packaging with customized engravings), and goods that cannot be returned to the packaging for hygienic reasons, such as opened cosmetic preparations and other goods that come into direct contact with your skin.

Complaints:

1. If the goods show a defect upon delivery, we can compensate you in the form of a voucher. You will also be entitled to require the removal of the defect in the form of a replacement delivery or repair. If the removal of a defect is impossible or unreasonable for us, you shall be entitled to claim a discount on the purchase price, and if the defect is substantial, you may also withdraw from the purchase agreement. You shall also have these rights if such a defect is manifested later.

2. Goods shall be considered defective, in particular, when they do not have the usual or presented properties, do not serve their purpose, do not comply with statutory requirements, or have not been delivered in the agreed quantity. Please note that increased sensitivity or allergic reactions to the delivered goods cannot be deemed a defect in the goods. Likewise, shortcomings in gifts and other gratuitous performance we provide beyond the scope of your order do not constitute a defect. Pictures of goods in our e-shop are for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a binding depiction of the goods' properties (for example, the packaging may differ due to a change made by the manufacturer).

3. We will be happy to answer any questions regarding complaints by email.

4. We will inform you of the progress of the complaint, in particular of its receipt, acceptance or rejection, via email, text messages, or phone.

5. We will make a decision on the complaint without delay. The processing of the complaint, including defect removal, will not exceed 30 days. Otherwise, you shall be entitled to withdraw from the purchase agreement. It is necessary for you to provide us with the assistance required to meet the above time limit.

6. In the case of a justified complaint, we shall bear the costs associated with the return of the goods.

Method of Payment and Delivery:

1. You may select your preferred method of payment and delivery from the options available on our website. Before we ship your order, we will notify you of the selected method of payment and delivery and any associated costs.

2. The currently available payment and delivery methods and their prices can be found on our website.

3. We reserve the right to provide free delivery in select cases.

Miscellaneous:

1. We offer various discounts and gift vouchers to our customers. Each discount or gift voucher can only be used once, and only one voucher of the same type can be used per purchase, unless stated otherwise. Discounts cannot be combined. If the value of a gift voucher is greater than the value of the entire purchase, the remaining balance will not be transferred to a new voucher and will not be refunded.

2. You may receive an evaluation questionnaire from a third party after making a purchase. Your feedback is important to us, and we encourage you to participate in the questionnaire.

General Information:

1. We are required by law to issue a receipt to the customer and register the sale online with the tax authority under the Act on the Registration of Sales. If a technical failure occurs, we will register the sale no later than 48 hours after the purchase.

2. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and all agreements shall be concluded in English.

3. All prices of products and services include VAT applicable at the time of placing the order. We charge sales tax based on the Great Britain tax rate for merchandise ordered on our website. If the tax rate changes before the conclusion of the purchase agreement or before the shipment of the goods, we will either ask you to settle any underpayment or promptly refund any overpayment, depending on the selected method of payment. A tax document will be included with the shipment of goods, and may also be sent electronically in the email notifying you of the dispatch of the goods. All prices of goods, including discount prices, are valid until further notice or until stocks are sold out.
